🍔 The Round Table Pounder Drop: Castle Pounder Innovations Continue

New Rochelle, NY — Castle Pounder Restaurants, a wholly-owned culinary subsidiary of YD Industries, announced the nationwide rollout of its heaviest menu innovation to date: The Round Table Pounder™.

Can you identify the innovative fried mutton medallion?

Engineered by the YD Food Sciences team over an intensive 14-month development cycle at the YD Food Sciences Innovation Bunker in Bridgeport, Connecticut, the Round Table Burger represents a complete reimagining of what the human body can digest.

The Round Table Pounder features three mallet-hammered beef patties, Sherwood Forest-smoked bacon, Merlin’s cheese, barrel-brined pickles, crispy onion rings, and an innovative fried mutton medallion, totaling 26 ounces of unified protein experience. It is served on a gluten-free bun and can be customized for the paleo diet with a cabbage wrap.

"The Round Table Pounder isn't just a burger product," said Susan Trach, SVP of Castle Pounder Brand Experience. "It's a statement. About ambition. About possibility. About the life you choose to live."

The Round Table Pounder burger is available at all Castle Pounder locations. Customers are advised to arrange transportation after consumption. Free liability waivers are available at the register.

Castle Pounder. Feed thy Kingdom!

📈 YD Defense Posts Record Results

YD Industries Defense Solutions Group is pleased to report record quarterly orders for its flagship GreenStrike™ line of compostable, plant-based precision munitions. Demand from international partners across fourteen active theaters of operation has exceeded all internal projections, with backlog now extending into Q3. Richard Thornduke III (Founder, CEO, Chairman) called the results "a natural extension of our commitment to sustainable, scalable warfare solutions that meet the customer wherever they are, including undisclosed coordinates."

The ordinance is plant based and backyard compostable.

Central to the GreenStrike™ delivery architecture is the Migratory Autonomous Waterfowl Convoy System (MAWCS), a proprietary duck-integrated logistics platform that continues to demonstrate a 100% radar evasion rate and successful navigation of live combat airspace zones and two municipal ponds. YD Procurement has initiated an accelerated breeding and behavioral imprint program to expand convoy capacity by an estimated 340% before the end of the fiscal year. The program is managed from a dedicated off-site facility and is entirely separate from the protected mallard population currently nesting near Parking Lot B. (Questions about campus ducks should be directed to facilities’ Nancy Bakies - ext. 7743).

As always, YD Industries remains committed to defense innovation that is bold, lethal, and environmentally responsible.

📈 Round Table Pounder Campus Taste-Off Postponed

Effective immediately, the Round Table Pounder Taste-Off previously scheduled for the New Rochelle campus on March 12th has been postponed. As many of you are aware, ongoing sewer lateral scoping and retrenching have temporarily reduced campus flush capacity by 53%. The event will be rescheduled for early April, at which point all campus restrooms are expected to be fully operational, likely coinciding with the Spring Maker's Market Faire. Facilities asks that employees plan warm-up meals strategically, and kindly reminds everyone that the reduced-capacity signage posted on bathroom stall doors in Buildings 4, 12, and 37 is mandatory, not a suggestion. 🔴📡 Executive Leadership LiveCam™ — Now Broadcasting

YD Industries is proud to announce the launch of the Executive Leadership LiveCam™ (ELL), a groundbreaking transparency initiative that provides all 27,000 employees with continuous, unobstructed visual access to the YD senior leadership team as they make the company's most consequential decisions in real time. Accessible via the YD Intranet dashboard, the ELL feed offers employees an unprecedented window into resource allocation reviews, strategic initiative deliberations, workforce optimization decisions, and the trailblazing executives who are making YD Industries the company it is today.

The camera is fixed, the feed is live, and the leadership team is fully visible at all times (that they’re in conference room 1A - “The Resolute Room”). Audio has been disabled for legal reasons. Employees are encouraged to watch, reflect, and feel the deep reassurance that comes from knowing that somewhere, in a well-appointed room with good lighting, important people are making important decisions that will impact you in unexpected ways.

📣 Announcements

GLP2000 Peptide Bar Relocation — The Hardcore Tower's GLP2000 Peptide Bar has been relocated from the seventh floor to ground level to accommodate installation of the new recovery cold plunge suite currently being fitted in its place. The GLP2000 remains fully operational in its new location. Signage is forthcoming.

Sewer Lateral Retrenching — Facilities has confirmed that the campus sewer outflow system, originally constructed in 1929, sustained significant structural intrusion from a gopher family, resulting in a measurable discharge condition affecting the Sedge Island estuary. Remediation is underway. Employees are asked to exercise caution when moving through campus, as open trenches are present in several areas and are not always clearly visible until you are already in one.

Duck Update — The protected mallard population nesting near Parking Lot B has welcomed ducklings, and the family units are now active across campus. Employees are reminded that mallard parents are highly territorial and will respond to perceived threats with force. Should you encounter a duckling that appears lost, please do not attempt to retrieve it. Six employees have sought treatment at the YD Infirmary following duck-related incidents this week. Facilities would like that number to remain six.
