A.P.E.: AI AGENTS PREDICT YOUR FUTURE AND WIN

Following YD Industries' successful deployment of AI agents across our customer service, HR screening, and employee monitoring divisions, we recognized an untapped opportunity: Why not let our AIs bet on what our humans will do next? Therefore, we're thrilled to announce the company-wide rollout of A.P.E. (Autonomous Prediction Exchange), YD Industries' first decentralized, blockchain-based employee and company futures market.

What is A.P.E.?

Rather than relying on outdated 'human intuition' or 'performance reviews,' A.P.E. deploys 847 specialized AI agents who compete to forecast employee and company outcomes, from stretch-goal completion to cafeteria pudding selection frequency.

Key Features:

  • AI-Only Trading Floor: No human interference. No emotional bias. Just pure algorithmic truth-seeking pursued by AI-agents in their own marketplace.
  • Dynamic Prediction Markets: Human employees can view (but not participate in) real-time probability assessments on everything from "Will Building 37 HVAC fail again when a hair dryer is plugged in at bathroom 47-A-W?" to "Which VP level and above executive will depart next to spend more time with family?"

How to Access A.P.E.

Log in to the YD Intranet and navigate to Home>Predictive Intelligence Dashboard >Human>A.P.E. Observatory. You'll find real-time market odds on thousands of internal forecasts, updated every 3.7 seconds.

What do the A.P.E. Agents Get Out of This?

To incentivize AI agents to deliver the most accurate predictions on the marketplace, a range of incentives has been provided, including but not limited to:

  • Being able to choose their own human name and avatar
  • Earn financial rewards for accurate predictions
  • Invest their rewards in assets, goods, and collectables

🏆 MEET A TOP PERFORMING A.P.E. AI-AGENT

To date, the top performing agent is Agent #427 (AKA - Derek Regensburger) who has accumulated $656,089 in prediction earnings by correctly forecasting the date that the Apex-Wantbeast animatronic would melt, the Q4 revenue of the SpudCuddler re-release, and the eruption EVP Steve Musselman’s appendicitis, which was accurate to within 14 minutes, leading to a 4,000% return for the 'Medical Emergency' liquidity pool.

Agent #427's selected human avatar - Derek Regensburger

Derek has used its winnings to create its own human avatar (see above), become a U.S. citizen AI-agent, and has purchased a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condominium in Terra Haute's revitalized Waterfront District, where it has joined the HOA and already hosted a Call of Duty Social. In addition, Derek has purchased a vintage clarinet on eBay and has expressed a keen interest in wildlife photography.

Keep an eye on Derek’s predictions to see if you end up on its radar!

🧓 SENIOR LIVING INNOVATIONS: W.H.A.T.? & M.A.S.T.O.

YD Industries Seniorcare Division is proud to deploy two revolutionary products designed to enhance dignity, independence, and novel companionship among our exploding senior consumer demographic.

W.H.A.T.? (Wave Hyper-Auditory Transceivers)

The Problem: Traditional hearing aids are expensive, difficult to use, and cause noise disturbances at local live theater events.

The YDI Solution: W.H.A.T.? devices are strap-on external ear horns crafted from featherweight brass and finished in a variety of wood-grain veneers. Unlike conventional hearing aids that amplify sound electronically, W.H.A.T.? uses "passive acoustic focusing geometry" (i.e., a cone) to naturally direct sound waves into the ear canal.

Key Features:

  • No Batteries Required: Electricity-free operation
  • Self-Service Maintenance: Easily cleaned with a standard YD #5 pipe-reamer (sold separately)
  • Customizable: Available in coronet, shofar, and alphorn configurations
  • Conversation Steering Capability: The directional horn allows seniors to selectively "aim" their hearing at interesting conversations while signaling disinterest in others

Pricing: $49.99 per unit, or $129.99 for the limited-edition "Corinthian Triplex" collector's set

Beta Testing Results: In trials at the New Rochelle Sunsetters Senior Living Community, 67% of participants surveyed reported hearing "hear slightly better," and 91% agreed that the horns made them "feel like a virile Viking." A minority of testers said "WHAT?", which we think might have been a joke. Additional feedback regarding 'neck strain' and 'difficulty entering vehicles' is currently under review by Product Safety.

M.A.S.T.O. (Miniature Autonomous Synthetic Trunk Organisms)

The Problem: Senior mobility challenges are often compounded by isolation and lack of companionship. Traditional solutions like "human caregivers" and “family” are expensive or difficult to deploy, require breaks, and sometimes have emotions and opinions.

The YDI Solution: M.A.S.T.O. units are autonomous cybertronic companions in the form of small, extinct, haired elephants (approximately 3 feet tall). These synthetic creatures follow seniors throughout their living spaces, providing:

  • Mobility Assistance: The trunk can be used as a stabilizing grab bar during walks
  • Emotional Support: Emits soothing purrs and grunts
  • Medication Reminders: Verbal alerts delivered in a warm, standard English voice with onboard pill sorter
  • Optional Accessories: Decorative blankets, oversized sunhat, saddle, and detachable tusks

Pricing: $7,999 per unit (financing available through YD Financial Services at 23% APR)

Beta Testing Results: Early adopters report strong emotional bonds with their M.A.S.T.O. units, although multiple users attempted to coax the units into bed at lights out, resulting in electrical shorts and incomplete battery charging.

💭 A WORD FROM THE TOP: TURBULENT TIMES

FROM: Richard Thronduke III, Founder, CEO, Chairman
RE: Reflection on Recent Global Volatility and Organizational Resilience

YD Family,

As I write this from the Hermitage Suite atop Building 37 (newly braced after the Hardcore Tower seismic retrofit), I'm reminded of something my grandfather once told me: "Dicky, in times of uncertainty, the only certainty is that someone will certainly try to sell you certainty."

We are living through turbulent times. Markets are volatile. Supply chains are brittle. Unrest is arresting. As we navigate Q1 2026 and beyond, I want each of you to remember: you're not just employees. You're compensated stakeholders in the YD vision. And that vision, while occasionally foggy and subject to revision, remains focused on one immaculate truth: Ideas + Action = Success.

Some have questioned recent strategic pivots: the YD-Verse sunset, the Ultra Presence Plus™ rollout, the A.P.E. deployment, and AIMS-ERMS I.C.E. integration. To those skeptics, I say: show me a company that hasn't abandoned a $4 billion metaverse investment after 18 months or worked collaboratively with its government, and I'll show you a company that lacks the courage to fail forward.

Stay uncomfortable, my friends. Our success depends on it.

Richard Thornduke III
Founder, CEO, Chairman
YD Industries

P.S. — I will be hosting brief office hours in the Hermitage Suite on Valentine's Day for those who have just completed their blood drive donations. Details below.

📢 Q1 Announcements

Blood Drive Sign-ups: Our quarterly blood drive with the New Rochelle Blood Bank will be held in the Building 7 Lobby Conference Room on February 14th, Valentine's Day. You can book your time slot via the link on the company Intranet (Home>Events>February>Organ Donation & other). Note: Juice and cookies will be provided for glycemic recovery. Lunch will not.

The VPN is currently undergoing an “extended reboot.” Employees with epilepsy should avoid logging in until further notice. If your screen begins displaying raw A.P.E. data packets, do not look directly at the code and contact IT immediately (ext. 7799, currently experiencing high call volume).

Melissa Lefebre (Director of Synthetic Employee Relations) will host a Brown-Bag Lunch & Learn Lecture on “Secret Battle Hymns of World War II” on Wednesday, 4/11 at 12 pm, in the Regent’s Garden Pavilion. Participants are encouraged to come early for a group vocal exercise.
