YD Industries Family:

As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on what I’m personally thankful for and what truly matters to our organization: YOU! I am forever grateful for the thousands of team members who have made YD Industries the company it is today.

As we head into this holiday weekend, let's take a moment to reflect on our wins with gratitude and return refreshed and ready to drive results for the remainder of Q4, keeping the momentum going!

  • We're thankful to report that shareholder value has increased 12% year-over-year, reflecting the market's confidence in our strategic vision and operational excellence.
  • We're thankful for our data center expansion into Paraguay, where we're building state-of-the-art AI infrastructure within a stone's throw of the Itaipu Dam turbines with the cooperation of local indigenous stakeholders. This strategic investment in a business and energy-friendly environment enables us to scale while delivering cutting-edge TBD enterprise solutions to the market.
  • Through disciplined operational improvements and restructuring with our LAYERCAKE™ productivity initiative, we're thankful to have achieved a 15% improvement in EBITDA driven by a strategic workforce optimization of 8%, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable, profitable growth. These tough but necessary decisions position us for long-term success.

As we prepare for the holiday and spend time with our families, I would like to acknowledge the ultra-dedicated YD family members working through the holiday week and weekend in our Hardcore Tower. These dedicated YD family members will receive a special Turkey Dinner formulation in their NOZZLE™ as they remain heads down pursuing our most ambitious goals.

I also want to recognize the employees who volunteer on Thanksgiving morning at the New Rochelle Food Bank, where we'll be distributing 400 prepared dinners generously prepared by our Castle Pounder franchise. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to nourishing the communities where we live and work. We deeply value the rich and rewarding experiences our team members gain from giving back during their volunteer hours.

Conclusively, we cannot ignore the headwinds of geopolitical volatility, evolving trade policies, and regulatory uncertainty. However, I know our steadfast commitment to innovation and our roll-up-our-sleeves culture remain our greatest competitive advantages. I'm thankful we're facing these challenges together.

With seasonal gratitude,
Richard Thornduke III
